  • 500 g prawns
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon zest, just zest half a lemon
  • 2 whole red chiles
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • salt and cracked pepper, cracked pepper
  1. Crush the garlic finely. Chop the chillies and parsley. Combine all ingredients (except the pepper and salt) in a bowl and refrigerate for about an hour.
  2. Fir up the barbecue and barbecue for 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and cracked pepper and serve
