Ingredients
  • 750 g French beans
  • 1 onion
  • 60 g ghee
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp Chili, (optional)
  • 1 pinch Salt, to taste
  • ½ tsp garam masala
Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the beans into small pieces.
  2. Chop onion. Heat the ghee and fry the onion lightly.
  3. Add the beans, turmeric, chilli and salt and fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle over garam masala, cover and cook over a very low heat for about 15 minutes or till the beans are soft.
