  • 2 Tbs Garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbs Coriander, chopped
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • 1 Green Chili Pepper, de-seeded and chopped finely
  • ½ Whole Lemon, juice of
  • 400 Prawns, Large as possible
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Mix together the garlic puree or paste, coriander, cumin, chilli and lemon juice and combine well. Season to taste.
  2. Thread the prawns onto 8 skewers and brush with the garlic mixture. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Cook on a barbecue, or place under a preheated grill and cook for 5 minutes each side until the outsides are browned. Serve immediately.
