Ingredients
  • 1 large Avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • ⅓ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp onion, minced
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain yogurt
Instructions
  1. Put mashed avocado in small bowl and season with salt and pepper, garlic, chili powder, and lemon juice. Stir in onion. Cover with yogurt to keep mixture from darkening. Just before serving, stir well. Refrigerate.
