Ingredients
  • 200 Grams skinless boneless chicken thigh, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1½ cups chicken broth
  • ¾ cups peeled cubed potatoes
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup cauliflower (sm), cut in floret's
  • ½ cup Broccoli (florets and, stems, cut into smal
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp dried sage
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp Tarragon Leaves, Dried
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 6 oz no salt added tomato paste
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 3 Tbs cornstarch
Instructions
  1. In Oil fry onions until soft and Chicken cubes until brown
  2. In a large pan, combine all the ingredients except the cornflour and water; cover and cook on very low for 1 hours.
  3. Mix water and cornflour until smooth; stir into stew. Cook, covered, 10 minutes more or until the vegetables are tender.
