Prep time: 
  • 500 g Button Mushroom
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, pressed
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbs Parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp Mixed Herbs
  1. To make the marinade, combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. Add the mushrooms to the marinade, cover and marinate them for 3-4 hours.
  2. Remove the mushrooms and thread them on to bamboo skewers.
  3. Cook them on the barbecue, with the lid on, for about 3-5 minutes
