Ingredients
  • 1 tsp orange rind, grated
  • 2 Tbs orange juice
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 Tbs wholemeal mustard
  • 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 pork steaks, butterfly
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl combine the first 6 ingredients.
  2. Place pork medallions on a lightly oiled grill tray, brush with orange mixture.
  3. Cook under high heat for 5 mins each side brushing with orange mixture occassionally while cooking.
