Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Sichuan Pepper
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Five-spice Powder
  • ½ tsp Chilli Sauce
  • 40 ml Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 750 g Pork Fillet
Instructions
  1. Toast Sichuan pepper in a small pan until fragrant. Crush in a mortar and pestle, or food processor. Mix with oil, five-spice, chilli sauce, honey and salt.
  2. Marinate pork for 1 hour. Place pork on medium heat, oiled barbecue grill. Cook for 15 minutes, turning 2 to 3 times. Rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve. Sizzling time 15 minutes.
