Ingredients
  • 2 kg Chicken
  • ½ tsp garlic
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp Chilli
  • ¼ tsp curry powder
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 30 g ghee
Instructions
  1. Clean, wash and joint the chicken and prick all over with a fork.
  2. Mix all other ingredients except the ghee, rub well into the chicken pieces and marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Then brush all over with melted ghee, cook briefly under the griller to seal the juices in and then gently simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked and tender.
  4. Serve hot with lemon slices and salad.
