Ingredients
  • 800 g Steak, 4 X 200 GRAMS
  • 4 Tbs Teriyaki Marinade
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Whole Chili
  • 50 g Butter, unsalted
  • 2 tsp Wasabi
  • 1 Tbs Chives, finely chopped
Instructions
  1. Combine the teriyaki marrinade, galic and chilli in a shallow dish.
  2. Add the steaks and coat with the marinade. Cover and place in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight
  3. Combine the butter, wasabi paste and chives and reserve. Preheat the grill or non-stick frypan )if using frypan. coat steaks in a little oil).
  4. To prepare the salad. combine all salad ingredients in a bowl and loss well
  5. Place the steaks onto four warm plates and top each with ¼ of the wasabi butter. Serve with salad
