Ingredients
  • 1 Tbs fennel seeds
  • 1 Tbs ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Grind fennel seeds to powder in spice grinder. Mix with remaining ingredients in small bowl.
  2. This recipe makes scant ¼ cup, enough for 4 chops.
