Ingredients
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Shallot, peeled
  • 1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Ripe Mango, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • ½ tsp Dried Thyme
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
  1. Place the ingredients in a food processor and process until a chunky consistency
  2. This can be used as a marinade for a Chicken dish, or a sauce base for cooking chicken in or as a glaze for a whole chicken
