Ingredients
  • 1 Whole Lemon
  • 1 Whole Onion
  • 1 Whole Tomato
  • 1 whole egg
  • 500 g Minced Beef
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • ¼ tsp Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 45 g Ghee
Instructions
  1. Slice lemon in rounds, removing pips, slice onion in rings and separate them. and slice tomato
  2. Set these aside
  3. Mix the egg and mince well in a bowl and add the spices and salt
  4. Roll the beef into small balls and then flatten them into meat patties
  5. Cook Patties on a BBQ plate or frying pan
  6. Serve at once in a hot dish as a starter or a main course with the lemon slices, onion rings and tomato slices arranged around them
